William Braunstein (born 1972), better known as ILL BILL, is a political minded MC from Brooklyn, New York. He is also a producer, and the man behind Uncle Howie Records. He was the main voice behind the now disbanded Non Phixion, is currently involved with La Coka Nostra (Everlast, Slaine, Big Left, Danny Boy and DJ Lethal) and in 2004 released his debut solo album entitled "Whats Wrong with Bill?" through his brother Necro's Psycho+Logical Records. After putting in 10+ years with Non Phixion, The Cult Leader is back with his LCN family and a follow up to his classic "ILL BILL Is The Future" Mix CD. Volume 2 features appearances by Bill's new group, La Coka Nostra, Raekwon The Chef, B-Real of Cypress Hill, Sick Jacken of Psycho Realm, Big Noyd, MF Grimm and more.
